CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% fee based on the total service cost. This policy is in place to protect the time reserved exclusively for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the full service fee will apply. Same-day reschedules are permitted; however, they will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the full service charge. As a courtesy, late cancellations or reschedules with communication may be applied as a one-time credit toward a future appointment if rebooked within 7 days. No-call, no-show appointments or repeated late changes will result in the forfeiture of the full service fee. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
