CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% fee based on the total service cost. This policy is in place to protect the time reserved exclusively for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the full service fee will apply. Same-day reschedules are permitted; however, they will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the full service charge. As a courtesy, late cancellations or reschedules with communication may be applied as a one-time credit toward a future appointment if rebooked within 7 days. A valid card on file is required for all bookings. If a charge cannot be successfully processed due to insufficient funds or invalid payment information, the client will be restricted from online booking and may be denied future appointments until the balance is resolved. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
